The size of the apartment is 80 m2, it has a room with a 135×190 double bed and another room with 2 90×190 beds. Bathroom with shower.

Check-in flexible
Check-in is flexible - One day before your arrival we will contact you at the telephone number you provided in the reservation to double check the time of your arrival. Subject to availability and upon prior request, if the apartment is free and clean, check-in may be done before the time established as a general rule. We will know this information the day before and we will send it to you in the courtesy call, since it depends on the departure time of the previous guests and the time that the cleaning team needs to prepare the new stay.
If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. To do this, you can use the special requests section of the reservation form or contact the establishment directly. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation.
Please note that late check-in after 20:00 carries a surcharge to be paid directly upon arrival.
For check-out, the procedure is repeated: one day before your departure we will contact you to specify the departure time. Depending on availability and upon request, the departure time could be later than the established one.

A damage deposit of EUR 250 will be required on arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you upon check-out. The deposit will be returned in full by credit card once the accommodation has been reviewed.
