- To secure your booking, you will have to pay 30% of the amount of the booking*. The booking will not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid and the booking has been confirmed by us.
- If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so free of charge up to the days specified in the selected tariff (30 days, 14 days etc), before the arrival date. If you cancel after the specified deadline, you will have to pay 30% of the total price.
- If you do not show up at the accommodation on the arrival date, you will be charged 100% of the reservation and, if we deem it necessary, we can offer it again to other clients.
- The remaining amount of the stay and the extra services contracted will be charged to your card at the end of the free cancellation period corresponding to your booking.
- If you decide not to use any of the days you have booked, the corresponding amount will not be refunded.
*Not applicable in the case of non-refundable rates that will be charged 100% of the reservation at the time of booking.
